Showcased by the German Umarex company at the 2025 edition of IWA OutdoorClassics, the UX Strike Force air rifle is about to be launched in Europe and on other global markets after enjoying a good level of market success in the United States for several months.

Largely manufactured out of black polymer, the Umarex UX Strike Force reprises the aesthetic factor and the manual of arms of the popular AR-15 modern sporting rifle platform, making itself viable for a plethora of potential uses.

The familiar look and feel make the Umarex UX Strike Force air rifle a viable tool for plinking, leisure shooting, target practice and practical shooting training in all those locations and conditions where the use of real firearms – including rimfire – may be unpractical or not legally allowed. Additionally, the overall built makes it an excellent training tool to introduce novices and the young generations to the basics of safe firearm handling and basic marksmanship.

Using 4,5mm / .177 caliber pellets and developing less than 5 Joules of muzzle energy, the Umarex UX Strike Force air rifle will be legally unrestricted mostly everywhere, including in those Countries where the muzzle energy limit for unrestricted airguns is 7.5J. Featuring a functional AR-15 type three positions and a select-fire working system for safe or full-automatic operation, the UX Strike Force air rifle ensures a solid fun factor.

The UX Strike Force air rifle feeds through a single-stack 30-shots free-fall detachable magazine, similar in look to modern polymer AR-15 magazines. The detachable magazine also host the twin seats for the commercial 12g CO² cartridges that provide propulsion: two cartridges will last for up to 120 rounds.

A full-length top MIL-STD 1913 Picatinny rail provides plenty of room for the shooter's choice of optics. A set of flip-up iron sights with high-visibility fiber-optic inserts is provided from factory, making the UX Strike Force carbine usable right out of the box.
