On October 3, 2025 – the 499th anniversary of its foundation – the Fabbrica d’Armi Pietro Beretta announced the ground breaking of a new construction site that will turn the Company's old multi-functional building (built in 1955 and expanded in 1982) in the future Beretta Innovation Hub: a new three-story structure that will stand at 2,400 square meters – including 1,000 square meters of office space, a 256 square meters multimedia hall and 572 square meters of locker rooms and other service environments – and will be conceived as an ideal workplace where innovation, well-being and sustainability will coexist in good balance.

Beretta's future Innovation Hub will host 76 workstations, 11 offices, four meeting halls and a 210-seats conference room, all in a modern and multifunctional environment designed and conceived to favor collaboration, concentration and quality of life.

The construction project will focus on eco-compatible materials, natural lighting and quet areas to create a beautiful, efficient and, most importantly, human-fit environment. In line with Beretta's own tradition, the project represents another step forward in the Company's welfare path that aims at improving the daily well-being of employees and providing them with a workplace that will inspire pride and a sense of belonging.

The new building will also host Beretta's future research and technology development activities. The Beretta Innovation Hub will be at the center of integration of new products, process and methods via cutting-edge digital tools: complex simulations, digital twin and collaborative platforms, and FEM analysis among others. The final goal is to cut development times while improving quality and safety, and to favour an increasingly shared approach to innovation.

Beretta's Innovation Hub will also be an open laboratory, where the Company's own, internal know-how will meet that of Beretta's external partners. The collaboration with entities such as CSMT, Brescia Research and Innovation Network (BRAIN), strategic suppliers and all sister companies of the Beretta Holding will find its natural meeting point here, with ideas and know-how finally being capable of merging in new co-design projects.

That's perfectly coherent with Beretta's recent evolution and internal reorganizing journey: the Italian company has already established a new Small Series area, equipped with 5-axis laser machining technologies, 3D-printing and additive manufacturing capabilities, as well as a new Experiences Department located close to the Company's own internal shooting range.

Physical proximity among departments will allow tests and evaluation to be carried on in real time, thus facilitating operations and strenghtening the integration between development, experimentation, and manufacturing. The system seamlessly blends industrial efficiency and the identity of an entire land, strenghtening the position of the city of Gardone Val Trompia as the heartland and cradle of the world's oldest gun manufacturing company.

Engineers and architects who designed the Beretta Innovation Hub wanted the building to be not just functional, but also inspiring. Every space was designed to nurture exchanges of ideas, collaboration and positive energy: Beretta's Innovation Hub will be a vibrant environment that will evolve with those who work and live within it as time goes by.

At the center of it all will be the 210-seats conference room, designed as a wide space open to knowledge: a hall that will host conferences, workshops and formation events, thus strengthening the bounds between Beretta, the local community and its heartland.

With the new Innovation Hub, Beretta renews its commitment to unite tradition and innovation, technology and responsibility, thus preparing the Company itself – and the entire valley that hosts it – to tackle the challenges of the future with the same industrious spirit that they've been known for all through the past five centuries.

In the words of Franco Gussalli Beretta, President and CEO di Fabbrica d'Armi Pietro Beretta S.p.A.:

We decided to perform this symbolic act on the very day of Beretta’s 499th anniversary. On such a meaningful date, as we approach our 500th year, we wanted to remember the place where it all started: the Mella River.
It was here, in 1526, that my ancestor Bartolomeo began what would become today’s company. Soon, a new building will rise to become the center of innovation.
Innovation and industriousness have always been the hallmarks not only of Beretta but of the entire valley.
Building an Innovation Hub means projecting both the company and the valley into the future, ready to face the challenges ahead, strengthened by the technological contribution that will be born in this center.

Emanuela Delpani, Dirigente Beretta Industrie S.p.A., commented:

It is a true honor to represent Beretta Industries today. The stone we signed symbolizes an ongoing investment process aimed at growing the company while improving the workplace, making it increasingly inspiring. Above all, it is an investment in Gardone Val Trompia, a tangible act that strengthens the enduring bond between Beretta, the territory, and its community
