Thompson/Center Arms showcased its new line of bolt-action centerfire rifles at the 2020 edition of the SHOT Show in Las Vegas, including the T/C Compass Utility, T/C Compass II, T/C Compass II Compact and T/C Venture II bolt-action rifles. Incorporating features such as Thompson/Center's new, crisp and light Generation II trigger and a 5R rifling with guaranteed MOA accuracy, as well as a composite stock and a 5+1 rounds detachable magazine, Thompson/Center's new rifles value at a variety of price points for today's hunter and shooter.

The Thompson/Center Compass Utility rifle was designed to provide hunters and sportsmen with an accurate and reliable rifle that won’t break the bank; chambered in .223 Remington / 5.56x45mm NATO, .243 Winchester, 6.5 Creedmoor, .270 Winchester, .308 Winchester / 7.62x51mm and .30-06 Springfield, the Compass Utility rifle sports blued metal surfaces and a 21" / 53 cm barrel.

The Thompson/Center Compass II is available in eight popular hunting calibers (.223 Remington / 5.56x45mm, .308 Winchester / 7.62x51mm, .243 Winchester, .270 Winchester, 6.5 Creedmoor, 7mm Remington Magnum, .30-06 Springfield and .300 Winchester Magnum) and features a Thompson/Center Generation II Trigger System, offering a crisp and light 3-4 pound (1,3 to 1,8 kilograms) trigger pull weight. 21" / 53 cm or 24" / 61 cm barrels are available, depending on the caliber, all with a threaded muzzle; the Compass II Compact comes with a 16.5" / 42 cm barrel  with an interchangeable, extended butt pad for length of pull adjustments that will fit a broad range of hunters and shooters with different thicknesses of clothing as the seasons change.
