New for 2025, Fiocchi of America introduces the CovertX line of ammunition for concealed carry, personal defense and home or property protection.

The Fiocchi CovertX ammunition is loaded with a precision-built JHP (Jacketed Hollow Point) projectile featuring a lead-alloy core with precut serrations, surrounded by a heavy copper jacket engineered for precisely regulated expansion. Optimized for performance out of short barrels but tough enough to withstand full-size handgun velocities, this projectile holds together perfectly while the proprietary design ensures consistent expansion and terminal performance.

The nickel-plated brass casings of the CovertX line are designed for smooth feeding and corrosion resistance, maintaining ammunition in top condition even when stored in holsters or loaded magazines for extended periods. Powders are selected for reduced muzzle flip and flash, and velocities are tailored for each caliber for a softer shooting experience and faster follow-up shots.

Five loads will be available at launch: .380 ACP 95 grain; 9mm Luger 124 grain; .38 Special +P and .357 Magnum 125 grain; and .45 ACP 230 grain.
