Pedersoli new rifles for 2025
SHOT Show 2025 – Davide Pedersoli, Italy's master of historical replicas, introduced a new lineup of lever-action, pump-action, and muzzleloading rifles: five new models meeting the needs and demands of modern shooters, hunters, and blackpowder enthusiasts
The 2025 edition of SHOT Show saw Davide Pedersoli – a premier manufacturer of historical replicas and modern lever-action rifles – introduce five new rifles: two modern lever-action models, two pump-action carbines and a muzzleloader, offering all the quality features the Italian company is known for to an increasingly welcoming platform of hunters, sport shooters, and enthusiasts.
The new Pedersoli Boarbuster Apocalypse lever-action rifle is a tactical-style version of the Company's own Boarbuster 86/71 model, with a polymer M-LOK forend, blending modern elements with a distinctly Old Style design. Chambered in .45/70 and offering a capacity of five rounds, the Boarbuster Apocalypse remains compact thanks to its 17-inch barrel while satisfying the aesthetic sense of Steampunk aficionados with its Cerakote copper-effect finish on all metal components and real leather inserts on the stock and forend.
Another new entry in the Boarbuster line, the Pedersoli Guidemaster X .45/70 lever-action rifle sports a special corrosion-resistant finish on all metal parts and a newly designed polymer stock with adjustable cheekpiece; likewise, the forend relief effect imbues the entire package with a modern look and feel. Other features include a 5-rounds magazine tube and a 19" barrel.
Also new from Pedersoli for 2025 is the Silver Spur .45 Colt pump-action rifle: an improved version of the Company's own replica of the classic Colt Lightning, with improved mechanics for better reliability with a vast majority of ammunition, now featuring movable cartridge retainers linked to the bolt for smoother and faster operation, without sacrificing a classic look and feel provided by a case-hardened receiver, a blued round barrel and English-style walnut stock with a curved buttplate.
While the Silver Spur is a competition rifle, conceived mainly for Cowboy Action Shooting, the new .44 Magnum Pedersoli Jackal 44 pump-action rifle is more hunting-oriented, offering a modern-style forend and walnut stock with a microcell buttplate for a firm grip. Other features include a Pedersoli PMG quality barrel, a Picatinny optics rail with built-in rear sight, a fiber optic front sight adjustable for elevation and windage, a 5/8 x 24 UNF thread at the muzzle, and a mechanical hammer safety that makes the Jackal 44 extremely safe.
Finally, Pedersoli's new iteration of the 1805 Baker muzzle-loading rifle sports a PMG quality barrel, adjustable rear sight and bayonet lug. The walnut stock is embellished with brass fittings while the CNC-machined solid steel lock is embelished by a silver-like, antiqued finish.
