KRISS USA Vector carbine in .22 Long Rifle
SHOT Show 2020 – KRISS USA expands the well-known line of Vector semi-automatic carbines, short barrel rifles and pistols with the launch of a new blowback-operated rimfire line chambered in the popular .22 Long Rifle caliber
Making its debut at the 2020 edition of the SHOT Show is the KRISS USA Vector line of rimfire handguns, short-barrel rifles and semi-automatic carbines chambered in .22 Long Rifle.
Described as "an important milestone of the Vector platform" by KRISS USA Marketing Manager, Tim Seargeant, the Vector variants chambered for the popular .22 Long Rifle are meant to make make the system more accessible to shooters of all skill levels and budget-minded consumers, and give the company a shot towards those markets where rimfire selfloading long guns are legally available for civilians but centerfire semi-automatics are not.
The KRISS Vector .22 Long Rifle rifles, SBRs and pistols will be available in carbine (Vector CRB) and stabilizing brace (Vector SDP-SB) configurations with three color options; black, flat dark earth, and alpine white. The rimfire Vector firearms feature a low bore axis and a linear blowback action, and feed through proprietary 10-rounds magazines as a standard; extended 30-rounds magazines will also be available.
The Vector CRB .22LR model features a 16" threaded barrel, protected by an M-LOK modular hand guard. Standard features include a Picatinny top rail affixed with low profile front and rear flip sights, ambidextrous safety, and a 6 position M4 stock.
The Vector SDP-SB .22LR model features a 6.5" threaded barrel. Standard features include a picatinny top rail affixed with low profile front and rear flip sights, ambidextrous safety, and a SB Tactical Stabilizing Brace. A Vector SBR .22LR version will also be available, featuring a 6-position M4 stock from factory.
