The 2026 edition of IWA OutdoorClassics – held in Nuremberg, Germany, at the end of February – saw Sightmark display their full line of new products for 2026, anticipating the start of their availability on the European market.

The European market has become increasingly important for Sightmark in the past few years, as European hunters and sport shooters have grown fond of the quality levels that Sightmark's current product line can ensure while remaining competitively priced.

On display at IWA 2026 were the Strikon VMP 1-4x22 and the new Strikon FMP 1x18 prism sights; the Presidio 1-10 CRED riflescope and Solitude XD 8x42 and 10x42 binoculars; and the new Shade mini-thermal sight. Some of these are already in distribution, while others will hit retailers further down the year.

Sightmark Strikon VMP 1-4x22 prism sight

First announced back in November 2025, the Strikon VMP 1-4x22 prism sight is still Sightmark's flagship new product for 2026.

A true variable prism sight with a finely adjustable magnificaton that goes from a true 1x all the way down to 4x, easy to operate thanks to the factory-issued throw-lever, the Strikon VMP ensures adaptability to a wide array of shooting situations, particularly when using modern sporting rifles or patrol rifles, which makes it an ideal cost-effective, rugged and practical choice for sport shooting – chiefly practical shooting competitions – and law enforcement applications.

The 1-4x22 Strikon VMP is built on a 6061-T6 chassis, and at its heart is a second focal plane CRF-4 MIL-based fiber-wire reticle whose dimensions remain constant regardless of magnification setting, ensuring visibility, easy target acquisition and usability especially in low light conditions.

IWA 2026 saw the Sightmark Strikon VMP 1-4x22 prism sight being showcased with a new accessory – a Piggyback mount utilizing an Aimpoint Micro footprint to mount on the optic and featuring a top GLOCK MOS interface.

The Strikon VMP 1-4x22 already comes with integral Picatinny rails for offset or piggyback micro red dot sights; the new Piggyback mount was designed to allow use of those MRDS models that do not come with a Picatinny mount, such as many modern pistol red dot sight models. Once the Piggyback mount slides on to the Strikon VMP 1-4x22 and the shooter has installed his favorite risers to set the sight to his or her preferred height, installing any micro red dot sight is as easy as using the proper adapter plate.

The Sightmark Strikon VMP 1-4x22 prism sight sells in Europe at a MSRP of €419.99.

A compact, fixed-magnification version of the VMP model, the new Sightmark Strikon FMP 1x18 micro prism sight was designed for those hunters, sport shooters and law enforcement operators who require the short-to-medium range 1x capabilities and target acquisition speed of a red dot sight, and the dependable clarity of an etched-glass optic.

Built on a compact and lightweight 6061 aluminum alloy chassis, the Sightmark Strikon FMP 1x18 micro prism sight can withstand recoil up to 1000G of energy – making it ideal for use on the vast majority of hunting, modern sport shooting, and patrol rifles – and offers a wild field of view along with the highly capable RTR-1 rapid targeting reticle, illuminated in red or green, designed for quick alignment, accurate shot placement and distance compensation in close-to-mid-range engagements.

Powered by a single CR2032 battery, the Sightmark Strikon FMP 1x18 micro prism sight offers twelve powerful brightness settings, the lowest three being fully compatible with night vision devices. The built-in Shake-Awake technology powers up the illumination system when motion is detected, and automatically shuts it down after ten minutes to save power.

The Sightmark Strikon FMP 1x18 micro prism sight comes issued with a set of rubberized lens covers, a lens cloth, a kill-flash device, a Torx key, and a set of risers with their relevant mounting screws to allow users to set the height and co-witnessing of their Strikon FMP depending on their needs, preferences, and to the presence of other sighting devices such as flip-up sights or flip-to-side magnifiers.

A Picatinny rail mount is also issued; the Sightmark Strikon FMP 1x18 micro prism sight, however, with its Aimpoint Micro footprint, supports direct installation.

MSRP for the European market is set at a very affordable €299.99.
