The 2026 edition of IWA saw the Sabatti company of Italy introduce a whole new line of rifles – dubbed the "Next Generation" line – dedicated to providing first-time buyers with rifles that would offer Sabatti's legendary quality and performance levels at an unbeatable entry-level price.

The Sabatti Storm bolt-action rifle, available in .308 Winchester and 6.5 Creedmoor, is the "Next Generation" line entry dedicated specifically to those who want to give a try to long-range shooting sport disciplines with a capable platform that won't break the bank.

The Sabatti Storm is built around a CNC-machined steel Blizzard action and a non-fluted three-locking-lugs bolt, mated to a cold-hammer forged 24" long, 22 mm / 0.86" diameter barrel with a 5/8-24 thread at the muzzle and Sabatti's own, renown Multi-Radial Rifling pattern (MRR) for superior performance.

The barreled action is mated to a hard-anodized black chassis system machined out of a solid 7075-T6 alloy billet, featuring a free-float machined aluminum M-LOK handguard, AR-15 compatible ergonomic black synthetic pistol grip, and Sabatti's own three-lever Match trigger with a 500 grams (17.6 oz) break weight.

Other features of the Sabatti Storm rifle include a black polymer M4 carbine collapsing stock installed on a MIL-SPEC buffer tube, replaceable with any AR-15 compatible stock; a detachable 7-rounds, Accuracy International-compatible magazine; and a 13-slots top Picatinny rail for optics.
