Officially introduced at the 2025 edition of IWA, the Arma Zeka AZ-P1 Vigil 9mm Luger semi-automatic pistol is the latest entry in the AZ-P1 line of handguns by Arma Zeka, a Czech company that has been turning heads for a couple of years on the European pistols market, particularly when it comes to practical shooting pistols.

While still fully meeting the IPSC requirements for a competition pistol, the new AZ-P1 Vigil – with its 99 mm / 3.89" barrel and 192 mm / 7.55" in overall length – is conceived for personal defense in both civil or professional environments.

The machined steel slide features front and rear slide serrations; a dovetailed fiber-optic front sight and micrometric adjustable rear sight; and a machined micro red dot sight mount.

The AZ-P1 Vigil is built around a lightweight aluminum alloy frame with ambidextrous slide stop and manual safety, machined MIL-STD 1913 Picatinny rail for tactical accessories, and screw-on grip panels. Magazines hold seventeen rounds; the external hammer-fired SA/DA trigger pull is set from factory at 1,2 kg / 2.6 lbs. in single action and 3 kg / 6.61 lbs. in double-action.
