So far, the year 2023 saw Recover Tactical boost their product line with new variants of their best-selling stabilizer kits and accessories, all dedicated to the most compact Glock pistols for concealed carry and personal protection
Recover Tactical is a well-known brand in the accessory aftermarket for personal defense handguns, with 15 years of experience in the manufacturing of stabilizing kits, interface rails, and other similar accessories. Their product line has been designed by Israeli engineer Tamir Porat – the creator of the IMI/IWI Tavor bull-pup rifle series – and enjoys a good level of popularity particularly among private security and close protection specialists in those jurisdictions where said personnel does not have legal access to long guns.
In 2023, Recover Tactical launched a long list of new variants of their best products, modified for compatibility with the Glock 43, Glock 43X and Glock 48, some of the world's best-selling micro-compact pistols for concealed carry and personal defense.
Among those is the new Recover Tactical 20/20 N43 pistol-carbine stabilizer kit, a polymer chassis with a folding stock that will turn any Glock pistol into a handy and stable small-sized carbine, with the addition of numerous Picatinny rail for accessories and a practical, easy to handle UCH43 charging handle.
Owners of previous-generation Recover Tactical 20/20N kits who may want to use them with a Glock 43, Glock 43X or Glock 48 have the option to purchase a dedicated upgrade kit. The UCH43 charging handle is also available as a separate accessory, and installs easily in seconds.
Additionally, Recover Tactical announced the return of the GB20 glass-breaker after a long period of unavailability. Easily installed to any Recover Tactical 20/20N stabilizer kit for compact and full-size Glock pistols, the GB20 also dubs as a flash hider and a close-quarters defense tool, or "standoff device". A top quad-slot Picatinny rail allows the installation of small-sized red dot sights.
All the Recover Tactical 20/20N kits are compatible with the Recover Tactical G7 OWB universal polymer holster, allowing their concealed or open carry as practical easily-deployed semi-automatic PDWs for security and close personal protection operators. The G7 OWB holster is also compatible with stock Glock pistols, via the issued adapter.
Last, and specifically for the US market, Recover Tactical has introduced the Recover Tactical 20/20TFA pistol-carbine stabilizer kit, also available as an upgrade kit for pre-existing Recover Tactical 20/20N stabilizers, dedicated to Glock 17, Glock 19 and 19X, Glock 34, Glock 45, and Glock 47 pistols
Given the most recent ATF rulings about armbraces and firearms equipped with such accessories, the new Recover Tactical 20/20TFA brings your Recover Tactical issued Glock out of the legal grey zone, turning it into a full-fledged long gun thanks to a 16" IGB barrel of Austrian manufacture.
Given the lack of SBR regulations on other markets, the Recover Tactical 20/20TFA kit is dedicated to the US market only.
