SHOT Show 2016 – For companies like Otis Technology, the point is not to start the new year with some exciting and “totally new” products. No, their main goal is to be able to “simply” satisfy their customers’ requests. They do.
Otis Technology I-MOD cleaning systems for the commercial market, modeled after the military version
Otis Technology is known for manufacturing high quality gun cleaning systems. The superior Breech-to-Muzzle design combined with unmatched quality has positioned Otis as the gun care system of choice with the US Military. Otis Technology has expanded its Ripcord product line with the addition of five new caliber options - .17 caliber, .22 caliber (pistol length), .257 caliber, .264 caliber, and .338 caliber. These new Ripcords join nine other sizes – for rifles, pistols and shotguns. The Ripcord is a one pass cleaning tool that features Nomex coating and a unique shape for an aggressive 360 degrees clean of the bore.
In addition to the Ripcord, Otis Technology has added another AR cleaning tool to its product line – the AR Vent Hole Scraper. This tool quickly and easily cleans carbon build-up, fouling and excess oil from the vent hole in the gas tube area of MSR/AR-style rifles.
After the introduction of the I-MOD for the military market, Otis Technology received feedback from civilian consumers that they wanted something similar. In response to direct customer feedback, Otis now offers a new line of I-MOD cleaning systems for the commercial market. These are modeled after the military version that Otis developed for our soldiers. These cleaning systems are available in single (.223, .30, 9mm, .40, .45 calibers) and multi-caliber systems (.223/.30, .223/9mm, .223/.40 caliber, .223/.45 caliber).
Otis Technology is also offering a way for customers to conveniently purchase a variety of cleaning products for .223 caliber MSR/AR style rifles. The MSR Cleaning Pack comes complete with a Ripcord, Star Chamber Cleaning Tool, chamber brush, B.O.N.E. Tool and AR Vent Hole Scraper at a bundle price.
The MSR Cleaning Pack bundles some of the Otis Technology top sellers in one package, offering the consumer with the tools necessary for proper maintenance.
