The Wuben Light company has been particularly busy in the past few months with the launch of a long list of new tactical, work, utility and camping flashlights such as the T4 and X4 Compact models, all of which were met with considerable success on the market.

Such is the case of the Wuben T1 flashlight, one of the Company's cutting-edge tactical flashlight in its segment in terms of performance and features. The Wuben T1 flashlight is built on a black hard-anodized, 40mm lightweight aluminum alloy machined tube, weighing in at just 215 grams (5.8 oz) with battery and standing at barely 16,2 centimeters (6.38 inch) in overall length, ideal for daily open or pocket carry.

The Wuben T1 flashlight is also IP68 certified to resist submersion in water up to 2 meters (6.56 ft) for one hour and to withstand impacts and drops from heights up to 1,5 mt / 5 ft: that's more than enough to guarantee that the Wuben T1 will be sturdy enough to ensure long-term durability in relatively difficult conditions.

At the center of Wuben's T1 flashlight is a 6500K Luminus SST40 LED, housed in an aluminum reflector and protected by a high-quality optical glass front lens and a serrated bezel that dubs as an impromptu blunt force tool for close-quarters self defense or as an emergency glass-breaker for EMT and rescue operators.

The SST40 LED will provide up to a maximum of 2,000 Lumens, 62,000 Candela output and a maximum throw of 498 meters (almost 545 Yards). All controls are located on the tailcap, in the form of a two-segments black synthetic button protected by two aluminum wings.

The Wuben T1 tactical flashlight offers two modes of operation – dubbed the Tactical mode and the Outdoor mode respectively – that the user can switch to via a sequence of pressions on the tail button described on the user manual. By selecting either one of the two modes, the users will have access of several output alternatives.

The "Outdoor" mode allows users to navigate among five different constant output levels – ranging from 5, 130, 550, and 2000 Lumens in intensity – while the "Tactical" mode offers quick access to the higher-intensity output levels for convenience; both also provide a 2000lm tactical strobe mode, as well as a 150lm SOS signal mode.

The Wuben T1 flashlight is powered by a single rechargeable Li-Ion 18650 3100 mAh battery, issued from factory. The battery recharges via a USB Type C port embedded in the flashlight body, just under the bezel, and covered by a screw-on mechanical locking ring that will protect it against water, dust, and other potentially harmful elements.

Just above the USB port, a two-colors LED will shift from blue to red as the battery depletes. The USB port allows the Wuben T1 flashlight to be recharged via any indoor power outlet, thru portable power banks, laptop or desktop computers, or on vehicles. Depending on the selected mode and output level, a fully charged battery will last anywhere between 2,5 and 100 hours of continuous runtime.

As an emergency measure for those situations where power outlets for recharging may be unavailable, the issued 18650 battery can be removed and replaced with two CR123A batteries; in this case, however, some output modes will not be accessible.

The Wuben T1 flashlight comes issued from factory with a steel ring clip and a screw-on aluminum ring that allows it to be open-carried on a ring – eg. in a duty belt or work belt – and also dubs as a stand for when the T1 is used in work and utility contexts. Additionall, the metal protective wings to the tail button are perforated for a lanyard or a cord loop, ideal when camping or during outdoor activities.
