Built around ZeroTech’s enclosed Heavy-duty Aspherical Lens Optic design (H.A.L.O), the new Trace H.A.L.O. model delivers exceptional visibility in bright daylight conditions while reducing eye strain during extended shooting sessions.
Many shooters prefer a green aiming point for enhanced visibility, and for good reason: in the entire visible light spectrum, green is the most visible color to the human eye, which is why green dot reflex sights are becoming increasingly popular and common almost to the point of replacing standard red dots, as the illuminated green dot remains perfectly visible even under extremely bright environmental light conditions that would otherwise "drown" a red dot.
Featuring a crisp 3 MOA green aiming point, the ZeroTech Trace H.A.L.O. green dot reflex sight enables rapid target acquisition and precise shot placement across hunting, competition, tactical, and recreational applications; the Trace H.A.L.O. reflex sight is built around an enclosed housing, with a sturdy aspherical lens design.

Designed to withstand demanding field conditions, the ZeroTech Optics Trace H.A.L.O features a rugged black hard-anodized 7075-T6 aluminum body that is shockproof, waterproof, and fog-proof. The enclosed emitter design protects the optic from dirt, debris, rain, and environmental contaminants, ensuring dependable performance when it matters most.
The sight also incorporates fully multi-coated optics and offers an expansive field of view, with precise 1.5 MOA click adjustments for accurate zeroing up to 80 MOA overall in windage and elevation.
The green dot can be manually set on ten different brightness levels, two of which are compatible with night vision devices. Illumination is powered by a single CR2032 battery; thanks to features such as the auto-off/shake-awake technology, the Trace H.A.L.O. green dot sight can boast up to 50,000 hours of battery life on mid setting.
The top-loading battery seat design allows for easy replacements without necessitating removal or re-zeroing, thus facilitating continuous, uninterrupted use even should quick, on-the-go battery replacement be required while on the field or at the range.
Sharing the same footprint with the popular Shield RMSc design, the ZeroTech Optics Trace H.A.L.O. green dot sight is directly compatible with numerous optics-ready pistol slide interfaces; alternatively, it can be installed via adapter plates, or employ a Picatinny rail adapter to be used as a primary sight on shotguns, short-barrel rifles, PDWs, or pistol-caliber carbines, or as an ancillary optic to allow quick transition to CQB engagements for those long guns already equipped with magnified sights.
