Available in black and Flat Dark Earth versions, the Beretta 1301 Tactical Mod.2 shotgun features an upgraded forend with aggressive knurling, to ensure a firm grip, and a set of M-LOK guides for accessories.

Also featured from factory on the Beretta 1301 Tactical Mod.2 shotgun are an 8-shots magazine tube and a semi-flat tactical-style trigger that breaks crisply and has minimal reset time. Beretta's B-LINK gas-operating system, with its cross-tube gas piston, offers 36% higher cycling rate compared to other shotgun gas-operation systems.

Other features of the Beretta 1301 Tactical Mod.2 shotgun include a removable front blade sight and adjustable Ghost Ring rear sight; a short top MIL-STD 1913 Picatinny rail for optics; a 18.5-inch chrome-lined barrel with flush OptimaChoke High Performance (OCHP) choke; and extended bolt handle and bolt release controls.
