For many companies, a tenth anniversary is no more than a milestone to be celebrated. For others, particularly those involved in a constant process of growth and innovation, these are moments that bring new motivation and goals.
Over the past nine years, Rottigni Officina Meccanica has been the creative and productive wing of Victrix Armaments, but it has now become much more, thanks to significant investment, knowledge gained and technological innovation in the sector. This is why the Bergamo-based industrial group has decided to bring all its activities together under a single name: Victrix Armaments. A company that is equipped to cover all the stages of its famous product, from design to production, and from distribution to after-sales support.
Distribution is the latest area to be embraced by Victrix Armaments; since March 2024, together with the company reorganisation through the re-acquisition of shares in Beretta Holding, Victrix Armaments has re-acquired distribution in the military and law-enforcement sector, as was the case in 2020 for distribution in the civilian market.
On the occasion of the most recent board meeting with the new partners, the company reported a statement from the CEO, Giuseppe Valtorta: “This is an important move for Victrix. We have always been innovators and forerunners, and at times a little irreverent, and now we are once again independent, demonstrating how vision and the flexibility to predict the market are special characteristics of Italian SMEs. With regards to the change of name for Rottigni Officina Meccanica, the management is the same, the people who keep our brand running day after day are the same, and on the eve of the tenth anniversary of activity, we felt this was due recognition for the progress made so far by Victrix Armaments”.
A comment was also made by the new Victrix Armaments sales manager, Gianluca Majer: “We are ready. We are one of the only companies in the world with a catalogue offering a range from .22 LR to .50 BMC calibre. We already have a sales network for the civilian market that covers both the national and international territory, and we have set up a direct channel of communication, professional@victrixarmaments.com, in order to communicate specifically with the most serious of players and to construct a distribution network dedicated exclusively to the military and law-enforcement sector. Both will be under our direct control, without any intermediaries. I repeat; we are ready”.
