This elegant lightweight will be available from authorized Blaser dealers starting in Autumn 2017

The Blaser Custom Shop thus decided to blend it with the ergonomic perfection of the R8 Success rifle stock design; the result is a rifle that's 300 grams lighter than the R8 Professional Success model – which might not look like so much on paper can make all difference when you are hunting in difficult terrain.
The one-piece stock is hand-made in Germany, and offers ideal thermal stability due to the end-to-end orientation of the fibers. The surface of the carbon stock is also protected by a UV layer for protection against the harshest environmental conditions.
Weather-proof leather is added in the grip, forearm and cheek piece to blend a natural element to this modern marvel that will surely separate you from the crowd – and it is always better to lead than follow. The Blaser R8 Carbon Success rifle will comes standard with Cocoa colored leather inlays; other leather color options are available.

Whenever build and height of the hunter require a shorter stock, the R8 Compact plays to its strength. Also known as the Blaser R8 Intuition in Europe, this rifle features a Monte Carlo stock with an overall length of 350 mm (13.78") anmd an ergonomically-adapted pistol grip that will insure perfect shooting from any position to shooters of any physical build – including smaller shooters, beginners, and women.
Other features of the Blaser R8 Compact rifle include a matte black finish receiver and Grade 4 or Grade 7 wooden stock and handguard.

The ergonomically perfect shape of the thumbhole stock provides a completely relaxed posture for wrist and arm in any firing position ensuring consistently good shooting. The leather inlays offer a very comfortable feel and optimal grip in any situation.
Other features of the Blaser R8 Success Initial rifle include a stainless modelname plate inlaid on the cheekpiece; Blaser's own, patented Comfort recoil pad; a matte black finish on the receiver, with gold-colored R8 lettering and gold-colored trigger; and Grade 4 or Grade 7 wood stock and handguard.
