Kahr Arms introduces the S-Series semi-automatic pistols
New for 2017 from the Kahr Firearms Group are the S9 and ST9 semi-automatic pistols, two new models in 9mm caliber

The ST9 and S9 are Kahr's latest models dedicated to concealed carry, personal defense, home and property protection
At the 146th NRA Annual Meeting in Atlanta last month, Kahr Arms introduced the latest addition to their already extensive product line-up: the first two pistols in the new "S" Series, unveiled with two two 9mm pistols – the S9093 and the ST9093.
The new "S" Series pistols boost an already solid mix of the tried-and-true features that made Kahr pistols some of the best choices around for personal defense worldwide with additiona features such as a redesigned magazine base and grip, and a limited lifetime warranty.
Both new models will also ship with two magazines instead of just one. Another welcomed addition to the otherwise well-established Kahr pistols design is the built-in MIL-STD 1913 Picatinny rail on the pistols' frame, allowing installation of flashlights, laser sights, and other popular tactical accessories.

Kahr Arms S9 pistol
The S9093 model – or Kahr S9 for short – features a 3.6” barrel with conventional rifling, an overall length of 5.9”, and a height of 4.5”.
This pistol is similar to the CW, but this new “S” Series model has the added features of white 3-dot sights, front serrations on the slide, an accessory rail, and an ID tag on the grip. Capacity is 7+1 and the pistol is shipped with two 7 round magazines.
The manufacturer's suggested retail price for the United States is set at $477.

Kahr Arms ST9 pistol
Also new in the “S” Series is the ST9093, or Kahr ST9. This pistol features a 4” barrel, has an overall length of 6.5” and a height of 5.08”.
Like the S9, the Kahr Arms ST9 pistol comes with white 3-dot sights, front serrations on the slide, an accessory rail, and an ID tag on the grip.
Each Kahr ST9 pistol is shipped with two single-stack, 8-rounds magazines. The manufacturer's suggested retail price for the U.S. has been set at $456.

Both pistols operate with a trigger cocking DAO, “Safe-Cam” Action, lock breech with “Browning-type” recoil lug and a passive striker block with no magazine disconnect. The frame is black polymer with a matte stainless steel slide. Caliber is 9mm (9x19mm, a.k.a. 9mm Luger or 9 "Parabellum")
The Kahr S9 and ST9 are already shipping to dealers in the United States. The official distributor for Kahr Firearms Group products in Europe is Waffen Ferkinghoff, but so far there is no information concerning export availability of the new Kahr "S" series pistols.
