New for 2025, MagPul Industries Corp. introduces the MagPul TMAG 20 AR/M4 Gen M3 detachable magazine for AR-15 type rifles and carbines and all STANAG 4159 compatible modern sporting rifles chambered in 5.56x45 NATO/.223 Remington. Molded from a durable translucent material with an olive drab hue, it provides shooters the ability to visibly verify various ammunition types and the current round count.

Holding up to 20 rounds, the new TMAG 20 is shorter than most standard magazines, thus offering a good balance between capacity and mobility for platforms such as DMRs, hunting rifles, and others requiring additional mobility; ribbed front and rear straps improve purchase during magazine changes, leaving the sides smooth to enhance visibility.

Like the rest of the GEN M3 family of magazines, the TMAG incorporates similar internal geometry which translates into high reliability when firing. The four-way, anti-tilt follower is paired with a durable stainless-steel spring for corrosion resistance. A paint-pen dot matrix allows for custom markings to be applied by the shooter, and the TMAG's low-profile floor plate also allows for compatibility with the full line of PMAG AR/M4 GEN M3 floor-plate accessories.

The TMAG is optimized for Colt-spec AR15/M4 platforms, but modified internal and external geometry also permits operation with a range of other weapons such as the HK-416, MR556-A1, M27 IAR, FN SCAR Mk.16 and Mk.16S, and others.
