Diamondback Firearms SDR concealed carry revolver
SHOT Show 2024 – New for 2024, Diamondback Firearms announces the SDR Self Defense Revolver, a 6-shot, .357 Magnum pocket design.
The Diamondback Firearms SDR revolver is not the first foray in the field of wheelguns for the company chiefly known for its line of pocket semi-automatic pistols and AR-15 variants: Diamondback Firearms has been marketing a .22 rimfire single-action revolver for quite a while.
The SDR (Self Defense Revolver) is, however, Diamondback's first to be conceived specifically for concealed carry and personal protection, showing how there is indeed still a market for pocketable six-shooters in this field.
The SDR’s compact frame, two-inch barrel and cylinder are machined from premium stainless steel for strength and durability. Low profile fiber-optic sights and a sleek frame with concealed hardware and rounded edges prevent snags and hang-ups when the revolver is drawn. Weighing in at just 21 ounces (595 grams approx.), the SDR is perfect for printless concealed carry.
A smooth, match grade trigger promotes accuracy and creates confidence in every shot, while an ergonomically placed push button cylinder release and chamfered cylinder chambers ensure seamless loading and round ejection. The SDR packs six rounds of .357 Magnum, and can be used with .38 Special +P ammunition.
MSRP for the Diamondback Firearms SDR revolver is set at $777.00 on the US market.
