MagnetoSpeed Riflekühl cooling system for rifle barrels

MagnetoSpeed is mostly known for its peculiar, top-performing and top-selling line of barrel-mounted magnetic ballistic chronographs; in the past couple of years, the MagnetoSpeed product line has been however expanded to include several different accessories to meet the needs and demands of a wide array of sport and leisure shooters.
The latest entry in the Company’s product line is the MagnetoSpeed Riflekühl barrel cooling system – one of the most interesting and useful new accessories to have been showcased at the 2019 edition of the NSSF SHOT Show in Las Vegas.
Small, lightweight, and not insanely priced, the MagnetoSpeed Riflekühl is a barrel cooler designed to bring barrel temperatures down to intended operating levels quickly.
If you’re an IPSC or 3-Gun shooter, a long-range shooter, or a tester who happens to send lots of rounds downrange in short periods of time, the Riflekühl is something you definitely need to keep in your range bag.
The MagnetoSpeed Riflekühl is built around a turbocharger-inspired impeller poweredby a single CR123A Lithium battery – commonly available on the commercial market, although one is included – and engineered to produce a great air flow in a small package.
An extendable nozzle is inserted in the rifle breech through the open ejection window, and when the Riflekühl is powered up, the nozzle seals and pushes a powerful air flow down the bore, typically cooling down an overheated barrel in an average timespan of under 7 minutes – half the time you’d need to wait if you just left your gun on the bench with the breech open.
The MagnetoSpeed Riflekühl is manufactured out of red polymer and shaped to dub as a chamber flag, and features an exclusive built-in air filter to prevent dust and dirt from being blown into the rifle.
