New for 2018 from Sightmark is the RAM line of reflex sights – an upgrade of the already vastly popular Ultra Shot line. Finally available after several months of waiting, having been originally announced in late 2017, the RAM line of reflex sights includes four entries, four resilient close-range optics perfect for everything from target shooting to law enforcement and military operations on both AR platform firearms and shotguns.

All RAM series sights are now powered by a CR123A battery, which provides superior battery life (200-2,000 hours) over other red dots and reflex sights. A wide lens quickens target acquisition while helping to maintain a wide FOV.
Quick-detach models include an improved QD lever allowing a low profile to keep the sights from snagging on gear or unlatching during the heat of the moment. All models are designated to turn up the heat on your range time, provide you the best shot against running prey or give you the edge when lives are at stake with ultra-fast target acquisition and seriously long battery life.
The Ultra Shot R-Spec, A-Spec and M-Spec reflex sights are available in four different variants.

The Sightmark Ultra Shot R-Spec Reflex Sight is a range-shooting oriented reflex sight, boosting a long battery life (from 200 to 2,000 hours on a single CR123A battery) and a premium wide-angle lens system with scratch resistant and anti-reflective red coating, 4 illuminated red/green reticle options with parallax correction (beyond 25 yards) and unlimited eye relief to deliver a crisp, robust field of view and uncompromising reliability.
Built tough, the Ultra Shot R-Spec Reflex Sight is shock proof, IP55 weather-resistant, recoil rated up to .338 and constructed of a rugged, lightweight 6061-T6 aluminum body and protective shield.
The R-Spec reflex sight features four reticle options with red or green illumination and a new low battery indication which prompts the reticle to blink when the battery is low
1 MOA windage and elevation adjustments and up to 120 MOA of travel get you on target quickly and keep you there with an Interlock internal locking adjustment system, for precise, repeatable shooting from any range your comfortable shooting at 1x magnification: the slotted windage and elevation adjustment dials can be operated with a flathead or common tool. The Sightmark R-Spec reflex sights also boast 10 variable brightness levels for clear reticle visibility in all environmental lighting conditions, from low light to sunny outdoors.

The Sightmark Ultra Shot A-Spec reflex sight is recoil-rated up to .338 and constructed of a rugged, lightweight 6061-T6 aluminum body and protective shield.

Like the R-Spec model, the Sightmark A-Spec reflex sight offers 1 MOA windage and elevation adjustments up to 120 MOA of travel, and is powered by a single CR123A battery offering a service life ranging between 200 and 2000 hours depending from the selected brightness level, sustained by a low battery indicator, an auto shut-off function that turns off the reticle after one hour, and a set of digital switch controls.
Other features of the Sightmark A-Spec reflex sight include a quick-detach Picatinny mount and an IP55 weather resistance rating, all backed by Sightmark’s lifetime warranty.
The Sightmark Ultra Shot A-Spec reflex sight is also perfectly compatible with the Sightmark XT-3 Tactical Magnifier, and ships with dedicated adjustment tools, a CR123A battery, operation manual and neoprene cover.

Both the FMS and LQD models are shockproof, dustproof, and IP68-rated waterproof, built on a 6061-T6 aluminum body. The M-Spec LQD model is recoil rated up to .338 Winchester Magnum, while the M-Spec FMS is rated to withstand the recoil of even a .50 BMG!
The M-Spec ("Military Spec.") reflex sights are compatible with Sightmark's own, XT-3 tactical magnifier
