Ruger LC Carbine, now in .45 ACP
SHOT Show 2024 – Following the success of the LC Carbine in 9mm, Ruger Firearms follows up with a version chambered in the popular .45 ACP cartridge, feeding through Glock magazines
New for 2024, the Ruger LC Carbine is now available in .45 ACP. Ruger's popular pistol-caliber carbine, whose 9mm version proven to be a commercial success, now comes chambered for America's most quintessential pistol cartridge, and feeds through easily sourced Glock magazines for even further versatility.
Featuring a side-folding, adjustable stock, a set of easily accessible ambidextrous controls, flip-up sights on a full-length top Picatinny rail for optics and a 16.¼" barrel that's threaded at the muzzle, the Ruger LC Carbine in .45 ACP can accommodate multiple tactical accessories thanks to a machined alloy M-LOK handguard. The factory stock can easily be replaced with AR-pattern stocks, and the rear of the receiver features a Picatinny rail for maximum accessory compatibility.
The .45 ACP Ruger LC Carbine utilizes Ruger's own Secure Action fire-control system that combines a protected internal hammer with a bladed-safety trigger. The trigger has a short, smooth pull, clean break and positive reset. Safety features include: a 1911-style ambidextrous manual safety; an integrated trigger safety; lightweight firing pin; neutrally balanced sear with significant engagement and strong spring tension; and hammer catch to help prevent the hammer from contacting the firing pin unless the trigger is pulled.
MSRP for the Ruger .45 ACP LC Carbine is set at $1009.00 on the US market.
