Officially introduced at the 2025 edition of IWA, the new Tinck Arms Perun X47 7.62x39mm semi-automatic rifle represents the latest iteration of the Tinck Arms Perun weapon system design, first launched back in August 2019 with a 5.56x45mm NATO / .223 Remington version dubbed the X16.

The Tinck Arms Perun X47 is a modern modular rifle built to offer reliable power and performance, designed with modern engineering for excellent performance in tough conditions, combining rapid semi-automatic firing with ergonomic handling for precise shooting.

While the previous Perun X16 model was based on a modified AR-15 lower, the new X47 is built a proprietary lower receiver to allow the use of AKM detachable magazines of any make, capacity, and material.
Available in 266 mm / 10.5", 317 mm / 12.5" and 368 mm / 14.5" barrel variants and standing at max. 80 cm / 31.4" or at min. 60,5 cm / 23.8" in overall length, the Tinck Arms Perun X47 rifle features a free-float, AR-15 compatible M-LOK hanguard, polymer pistol grip, and MagPul Masada / Bushmaster-Remington ACR side-folding and extendable buttstock.
The Perun X47 retains Tinck Arms' proprietary hybrid short stroke/DGI working system, with a rotary bolt lock, and weighs in at an average 3,6 kg / 7.93 lbs. when empty.
