Debuting at the 2026 edition of IWA OutdoorClassics, the P2P Microguard is the new non-lethal self-defense solution by UMAREX that blends practicality with performance.

Largely manufactured out of polymer, the emitter holds two sealed canisters of 10% OC (pepper spray) with a single trigger that fires the two barrels sequentially.

A safety tab located within the trigger guard, easily removed by just putting your index finger on the trigger, prevents the device from getting snagged somewhere and accidentally discharging when in your pocket, belt, or purse. Additionally, a grip safety will not allow a discharge if the device isn't held correctly.

Weighing in at barely 160 grams (5.64 oz), and featuring molded sights on top of the emitter for quick target acquisition, the UMAREX P2P Microguard is certified for personal defense against both aggressive animals and human attackers.

The P2P Microguard offers a ballistic jet with a maximum range of 5 meters (16.4 ft), perfect for close encounters, and is disposable after use. Distribution – at least in Europe – is scheduled to start in May 2026.
