Holosun introduces new red dot sights for 2026
SHOT Show 2026 – Holosun introduces numerous new entries in its vast catalog of red dot sights for hunting, competition, defensive, and professional applications
Holosun 407C-X3 and 507C-X3 red dot sights
New for 2026, Holosun introduces the X3 generation of its successful 407C and 507C red dot pistol sights.
The multi-reticle 507C-X3 allows shooters to select a 2 MOA dot, a 32 MOA circle, or the combined circle-dot for broader versatility. That adaptability helps tailor the optic to specialized roles.
The 407C-X3, by contrast, favors simplicity with a 2 MOA dot, making it well-suited for users who prefer a precise and uncluttered aiming point. Both models benefit from improved lens geometry and a refined window presentation, which facilitates faster, more confident alignment, and are available with a red or green dot, or with Holosun's signature gold dot for color-blind users.
MSRP for the US market starts at $282.34 for the Holosun 407C-X3 and at $352.93 for the Holosun 507C-X3.
Holosun 507-PROMAX red dot sight
Built for competition shooting, emphasizing execution speed, the Holosun 507-PROMAX features an enlarged window, a forward-leaning sunshade, and a purpose-built Performance Reticle System: a precise 2 MOA center dot anchored by selectable 8, 20, and 32 MOA circles in red, green, or gold.
Far from being a decorative geometry, each ring becomes a visual reference that serves a specific role for partials, awkward positions, or fast transitions across steel arrays.
Built from 7075-T6 aluminum, the 507-PROMAX is durable and lightweight, and sits on a familiar RMR footprint, maintaining compatibility with pistols already cut to that pattern.
Like other Holosun red dot sights, the 507-PROMAX is powered by both a battery and an embedded solar panel for daylight use. MSRP for the US market starts at $470.58.
Holosun 407COMP red dot sight
Holosun's new 407COMP red dot sight is built for shooters who value consistency over configuration: with a wide window and a clean 6 MOA dot, the 407COMP places the focus squarely on the stage, movement, and execution.
Built on a 7075-T6 aluminum housing designed to withstand repeated slide cycling and high-volume training, the Holosun 407COMP red dot sight maintains a lightweight feel on the gun while retaining compatibility through the familiar RMR footprint.
A side-mounted CR1632 battery provides up to 50,000 hours of runtime; shake-awake technology, reticle memory function, and adjustable brightness system, with eight daylight settings and two night-vision settings, offer control in varied environments and excellent levels of power control.
The Holosun 407COMP red dot sight is available in red and green dot variants, as well as in Holosun's signature gold dot version for color-blind shooters. MSRP on the US market starts at $329.40.
Holosun ARO-EVO DUAL red dot sight with integrated lasers
Designed for shooters who need an optic that can function across daylight, transitional lighting, and night-vision environments, the Holosun ARO-EVO DUAL red dot sight based on a selectable 2 MOA dot and 65 MOA circle-dot reticle.
Integrated visible green and IR lasers extend the system’s usefulness into low-light and night-vision applications.
The ARO-EVO DUAL features a compact housing designed to withstand recoil and the rigors of field use, a shake-awake and reticle memory function, a forward-facing light sensor that automatically adjusts the reticle based on target lighting, and is powered by a CR123A battery.
The compact footprint of the ARO-EVO DUAL makes it adaptable for rifles and PCCs; MSRP on the US market is set at $588.22.
Holosun AEMS MACRO, MICRO & MICRO SAR red dot sights
Holosun expands the AEMS line of optics with the launch of the AEMS MACRO, AEMS MICRO, and AEMS MICRO SAR models, each scaled to match different rifle role.
The AEMS MACRO features a 2 MOA dot and 32 MOA circle for competition or duty pistols, PCCs, carbines, and rifles where speed and openness matter most; the AEMS MICRO prioritizes footprint and agility, retaining the same dot and circle-dot reticle structure as the MACRO in a smaller and lighter housing for use on more compact firearms; finally, the AEMS MICRO SAR borrows the MICRO’s chassis but introduces a more disciplined reticle system with the SAR (Sight Alignment Reticle) that guides the eye into a consistent index point even when the rifle is not perfectly presented.
All three optics share the same underlying engineering: a 7075-T6 aluminum housing, shake-awake, memory recall, daylight- and night-vision compatible settings, and long battery life from a side-loading CR2032. MSRP on the US market starts at $435.28.
Holosun AEMS EVO and AEMS EVO DUAL red dot sights
Also new for 2026 in Holosun's AEMS line of red dot sights are the AEMS EVO and AEMS EVO DUAL models, both offering an expanded viewing window, a forward-facing light sensor that adjusts reticle brightness based on the target environment rather than ambient lighting at the shooter’s position, and a rugged 7075-T6 aluminum housings with IPX8 waterproof ratings and 1000G vibration resistance; other common features include Holosun's Multi-Reticle System (2 MOA dot, 65 MOA circle, or circle-dot), Solar Failsafe, shake-awake and memory functionality for efficient operation across long service cycles.
The AEMS-EVO focuses on maximizing optical performance, with a redefined chassis that maintains a lower-third co-witness height on the included mount and remains compatible with carbines, PCCs, and defensive rifles. A side-loading CR2032 battery delivers up to 50,000 hours of runtime at mid-brightness settings, supported by Holosun power-management technology, allows the AEMS-EVO to perform effectively as a standalone red dot or when paired with a magnifier.
The AEMS-EVO DUAL builds upon the EVO architecture by incorporating fully integrated visible green and infrared lasers. Powered by a side-loading CR123A battery, the AEMS-EVO DUAL reduces bulk, eliminates secondary mounting tolerances, and minimizes shifts that can occur with separate laser units under recoil.
MSRP on the US market starts at $505.87 for the AEMS EVO and at $823.52 for the AEMS EVO DUAL.
Holosun EPS-CORE red dot sight
Designed for duty pistols and concealed carry defensive handguns, the Holosun EPS-CORE micro red dot sight is built around a clean 3 MOA dot housed inside a compact, fully enclosed 7075-T6 aluminum chassis.
The EPS-CORE's design shields the emitter from sweat, rain, dust, and environmental debris, while the new window geometry provides a stable and predictable sight picture, supporting fast alignment under stress, and the K-series footprint ensures compatibility with many modern carry pistols.
The EPS-CORE relies on a forward-facing light sensor, enabling the reticle to respond to the target environment rather than the shooter’s surroundings; available in red, green, or gold-illuminated reticle, featuring a Shake-Awake function and a protected side-tray CR1620 battery rated up to 50,000 hours, the Holosun EPS-CORE micro red dot sight is available on the US market at a MSRP of $270.58.
