New Feinwerkbau 2800 .22 LR sport shooting carbine

The German-based Feinwerkbau company, one of the world's most respected manufacturers of air pistols, air rifles, and small-caliber firearms for competition target shooting, once again launched a revolution in the field with the brand new KK 2800 bolt-action .22 Long Rifle caliber carbine!
The name of Feinwerkbau GmbH rings more than a bell to whoever is fond or knowledgeable of ISSF and olympic shooting disciplines. A German-based company, Feinwerkbau manufactures rimfire and air rifles and pistols for target shooting practice, training, and competition – and Feinwerkbau guns are among the most highly regarded tools in this kind of trade indeed.
Feinwerkbau is known for quality and innovation, and in 2018 the Company is once again initiating a revolution in its field with the launch of the new Feinwerkbau model 2800 .22 Long Rifle bolt-action carbine, developed in close collaboration with some of the world's best sport shooters and conceived to redefine small-bore shooting with its "Made in Germany"-tier quality, precision manufacturing, and a rear-shifted center of gravity allowing easy adjustement to suit every shooters' needs.
The Feinwerkbau Model 2800 carbine comes with a wooden stock – an aluminum stock will be made available later on in 2018 – and is available with either a fully-adjustable, quick-release, ergonomically-shaped hand rest for standing, kneeling and prone shooting, or with a longer base for Rest shooting.
The Feinwerkbau Model 2800 carbine features a fully adjustable buttstock and a standard X-Line butthook; the set angle of inclination is retained in the buttplate, allowing the shooter to save valuable time when changing shooting position in three-position competitions. The cheekpiece is likewise fully adjustable for tilt and elevation, and the guides of both the cheekpiece and buttstock are fully integrated in the wooden stock, allowing for indefinite adjustment.
The bolt of the Feinwerkbau Model 2800 carbine was relocated backwards, closer to the shooter for more comfortable handing, and runs on two guides for easier reloading. The cocking handle can be removed and relocated on either the right or the left side, easily and without tools, to adapt the carbine to left-handed and right-handed shooters alike.
Other features of the Feinwerkbau Model 2800 carbine include an ergonomic wooden grip, available in three sizes and adjustable for length and tilt; a fully adjustable single-stage or double-stage Match trigger; and a likewise adjustable damper, providing the shooter with the capability to customize the balancement of the gun according to his or her shooting habits.
