First showcased at the 2025 edition of SHOT Show, back in January, the MDT LSS Gen3 chassis system is now available for purchase.
One of the most adaptable and customizable rifle chassis ever built, the LSS GEN3 empowers shooters to tailor every aspect of their setup – whether they're competing at the highest level, heading into the backcountry, or building a tactical workhorse – all without removing the barreled action.
At the heart of the LSS GEN3 is a modular core chassis, engineered for precision and built for versatility. This chassis allows for rapid customization of both the handguard and buttstock. Users can seamlessly switch between components to match their mission — from PRS competitions and tactical applications to lightweight hunting or general-purpose shooting.

The MDT LSS Gen 3 chassis is compatible with a plethora of popular hunting, long-range competition shooting, and tactical bolt-action rifles; these include over fifty long-action and short-action models from Bergara, Remington and Weatherby, and clones thereof; as many long-action and short-action models from Savage Arms and Stevens; and sixteen short-action models from Tikka. Short-action AICS type detachable magazines are also compatible.
