NEBO Bat Light 1500 tactical flashlight
NEBO introduces the new Bat Light 1500 tactical flashlight: extremely powerful, crafted out of aluminum with a rubber-sleeved body, it can be easily used as a defensive tool in close quarters
Manufactured in Asia and distributed by NEBO, an AGC brand, the NEBO Bat Light 1500 tactical flashlight is a handy utility tool conceived for law enforcement and private security use, blending the power of a high-output flashlight with a matte black anodized aircraft-grade aluminum body that can be used as a close-quarters personal defense instrument in case of an emergency.
Standing at 41 cm (16.25") in overall length and weighing in at 555 grams (1 lbs 3.6 oz) without batteries, the NEBO Bat Light 1500 features a balanced LED with a 6000/7000 °K color temperature, powered via six easily sourced AAA batteries, offering up to ten hours of continuous runtime.
That doesn't mean, however, that the NEBO Bat Light 1500 is short on power: through the tail-mounted activation button, the user can shift from a minimum output of 150 Lumens for navigation to a super-powerful 1500 Lumens output, and can also activate a self-defense tactical strobe mode to dazzle aggressors.
The NEBO Bat Light 1500 tactical flashlight is IPX6 certified for resistance against shocks and water, features a knurled handle for a slip-proof grip in all environmental conditions, and the upper portion of its body is rubberized for additional resistance to blunt force.
The shape of the flashlight body was designes specifically to allow its use in case of an emergency as an impromptu defensive tool to fend off a close-quarters attack; to apply lever in order to subdue an aggressive subject through pain compliance without causing permanent harm; or as a glass breaker to extract people in danger from a building or a motor vehicle.
The NEBO Bat Light 1500 tactical flashlight is sold on the US market at a MSRP of $49.99, and can be ordered directly through NEBO's official website; it is still not available on the European distributor's NEBO Tools website.
